Roadside Assistance is the most affordable way to protect you and your family during a breakdown. It provides nationwide service with multiple benefits such as; towing, flat tire assistance, battery jump start, fluid/fuel delivery, lock-out service, minor mechanical adjustments and additional services. With AutoRoadService.com you simply sign the receipt and drive away. We pay the bill and take care of everything else.

When Does My Membership Begin?

Once you purchase a Membership, after a 72 hour processing period, you will have immediate access to all AutoRoadService.com services. You will also receive a welcome kit complete with your membership number and benefit details by email.

What makes AutoRoadService.com different from other Motor Clubs?

AutoRoadService.com covers you, and an additional family member, for one low price. What is the Coverage Area of My Membership?

Coverage is available to members throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as all of Canada and Mexico.

Does AutoRoadService.com have towing restrictions?

There is a very liberal 35 mile towing allowance (100 miles for Premier Long Distance memberships) which is usually more than ample to allow for towing to your choice of a nearby qualified repair facility. Month-To-Month Premier Long Distance members will be provided with 35 miles for the first 30 days and 100 miles thereafter.

Can a Live Agent be Contacted 24-Hours a Day?

Yes. Once you obtain membership, you will be provided with a toll free number where live agents are available to assist you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who pays for the Actual Emergency Roadside Assistance Service?

AutoRoadService.com pays for the services provided within the membership. You simply sign for qualified services and drive away. We take care of the details so you can get back on the road. We call this Sign and Drive.

I am currently a member of another motor club, so why should I change to AutoRoadService.com?
